Short Cuts Bob was a much more practical than lacquered ulyami with their effects long lazy afternoon leisurely training in the salon. Both long hair and short hair were popular in the teenage years for girls and young women. Stylised wigs were very fashionable and the women were told they could change who they are, putting on different hair.
